UHMWPE composite pipe is made of UHMWPE pipe and steel pipe by special process. Its inner layer is UHMWPE pipe. which can directly contact with industry materials , with its speciality of extremely
high wear resistance and impact resistance. Its outer layer is steel pipe (or welded pipe spiral pipe seamless pipe etc.) which works as the pressure resistant protective layer. This constructation realizes mutual compensation of advantages. UHMWPE composite pipe remains all the virtues of UHMWPE pipe and develops it's new advantage as follows:
1. Very high pressure resistance: composite pipe can bear 4mpa to 8mpa pressure. So the pipeline can be used in more serious situation which demands of very high pressure resistance, such as filling in mine, crude oil transportation, tailing transportation etc.
2. Withstanding higher temperature: with the protecture of steel, the composite pipe overcomes the weakness of deformation which often appeals in the condition of high temperature, and raises the withstanding temperature about to 100°C.
3. Very high endurance:UHMWPE composite pipe overcomes many defects of ordinary plastic pipe such as lower endurance, easy bending or flagging. So it will be more beautiful used as the workshop process pipeline or the outdoor overheard pipe.
